📦 IN-STOCK ORDERS

Processing

Please allow 5-15 business days for orders to process. This does not include weekends or federal holidays or preorders. (This excludes weekends, federal holidays, and pre-orders).

Shipping

  • US ORDERS: Delivery times can take 2-5 business days on a usual basis. More than a week does happen on rare occasions.

  • INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Delivery times can take 14-30 business days.

📌 PIN GRADING SYSTEM

Please note that our pins are handmade, which may result in minor imperfections:

  • Quality Control: We carefully inspect each pin before shipping to ensure the highest quality. Our trusted manufacturer crafts these unique items with care, but due to their handmade nature, slight blemishes may occur. We appreciate your understanding!

  • Disclaimer: We aren’t responsible for user errors (like dropping or mishandling pins). Please handle your pieces with care!

⏳ PRE-ORDERS & MADE-TO-ORDER

  • Standard Stickers: Production takes approximately 3–5 weeks.

  • Pre-Order Items (Blankets, Keychains, Specialty Stickers, etc.): Production takes approximately 6–9 weeks.

  • All Other Items: General production timeframe is 3–8 weeks.

Note: Specialty or custom items may occasionally require longer production times, which will always be noted in the specific product description. Delays with manufacturers can happen—be sure to check the official @darlingmodified Instagram or Discord for the latest production updates!

🌍 CUSTOMS, VAT & IMPORT FEES

  • Duties & Taxes: International buyers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or custom fees (including VAT for European Union orders). Please check with your local post office prior to ordering.

  • Refused Packages: If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, you will be required to pay for reshipping once it arrives back in our hands. We do not offer refunds on refused package fees.

🛑 RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

All Sales Final: Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are confirmed. Please double-check your item selections, sizing, name, and shipping address prior to completing checkout.

🔄 EXCHANGES & DEFECTS

In cases where you receive a defective product upon delivery, a replacement will be sent, otherwise a refund will be sent once the item is returned (case-by-case basis).

  • Shipping Damage: If the product arrives defective due to the shipment being mishandled and the order includes insurance, we will open a case with the shipping company then sort it from there.

  • Vinyl Stickers: Air under the transfer tape is normal and can be flattened and pressed out. It will not affect the vinyl sticker in any way. Wet stickers and creased are the same way. However, if any issues persist when applying please email me.
  • Requirements: We do require pictures of the damage and may ask you to return the item to us, so please DO NOT discard the item(s) unless instructed to do so.

📍 ADDRESS & DELIVERY ISSUES

  • Incorrect / Incomplete Address: If an order is returned to us due to an invalid address, you must repay shipping costs to have it resent. If the package is lost/not returned due to an address error, we are unable to replace it.

  • Gate & Door Codes: Carriers cannot see order checkout notes (e.g., "Gate Code 1234"). Please coordinate directly with your local postal carrier regarding access codes.

  • Stolen or Misdelivered Packages: We cannot refund orders misdelivered or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your package goes missing, please request a search via USPS and email us so we can file a carrier claim on our end.

  • Order Notes: The notes box at checkout is for general/cute notes only! Do not include urgent changes or delivery requests here—please email us directly instead.
